Legal Framework
GDPR-compliant legal documentation, terms of service, and cryptographic data processing policies.
1. Privacy Policy & Data Protection (GDPR)
At BoldWebVision, operated from our corporate headquarters at Carl-Zeiss-Str. 7, 68753 Waghäusel, Germany, we prioritize the uncompromising confidentiality and protection of personal data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this policy outlines how we collect, process, and secure information when you interact with our decentralized systems and corporate web portals.
We collect personal identifiers solely when voluntarily submitted through our contact channels (name, corporate email address, and project specifications). Due to the immutable nature of certain distributed ledger technologies, personal data is strictly decoupled from on-chain transactions. All off-chain data processing is encrypted using militarized cryptographic algorithms. For privacy inquiries, contact our data protection officer at [email protected].
2. Terms of Service for Blockchain Architecture
By engaging BoldWebVision for smart contract auditing, decentralized application development, or custom ledger engineering, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Our deliverables are engineered to establish complete transactional trust and eliminate intermediaries. However, clients acknowledge that smart contract execution on public blockchains involves inherent protocol risks.
All intellectual property pertaining to proprietary consensus models and zero-knowledge frameworks developed by BoldWebVision remains under our licensing terms until fully settled via Stripe payment links or institutional invoicing. Governing law is exclusively German jurisdiction, with legal venue established in Waghäusel.
3. Cookie Policy & Local Storage
Our web interface utilizes local storage and lightweight cookies solely to remember user consent preferences (such as cookie banner acknowledgment) and maintain encrypted session states. We do not deploy intrusive third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising beacons across our infrastructure.
4. Refund & Service Settlement Policy
Due to the specialized, high-intensity nature of blockchain engineering, smart contract auditing, and node deployment, fees paid for initiated engineering sprints are non-refundable once cryptographic analysis or codebase inspection has commenced. Milestone-based retainers settled via Stripe may be eligible for pro-rata refunds in the event of project cancellation prior to sprint activation, subject to written review by BoldWebVision management at Carl-Zeiss-Str. 7, 68753 Waghäusel, Germany.
